Intuit seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and client preparation services at a local TurboTax office. You will drive community outreach, build a local customer base, and act as the face of TurboTax in your community.

The role requires active PTIN, 3+ years of tax filing experience, willingness to upskill, and onsite availability 20+ hours weekly. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local outreach to build a new customer base and drive growth.
• Act as a trusted local face and partner with community organizations.
• Develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries.
