Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will build a local client base, collaborate with tax professionals, and help clients navigate complex tax situations.

This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and cross-selling of Intuit services. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with flexibility around hours during peak season.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience and strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit video tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
