Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. The role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, tax guidance, and software support while connecting clients with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base and deliver year-round, end-to-end Intuit service. You will work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday, minimum 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Be the local growth driver, building a client base and referral network in the community.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit tax solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients plan for future taxes.
