Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate on-site and assist both in-person and virtual customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support. You will expand TurboTax clientele by engaging the local community and connecting clients to the full Intuit ecosystem.

Candidates should have active PTIN, 3+ years of 1040 preparation experience, and willingness to train, work onsite 20+ hours weekly, and wear Intuit uniforms. Bilingual English/Spanish is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax location with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit-provided uniforms.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local ambassador to cultivate a new client base and host community events.
• Connect clients with appropriate Intuit solutions across our ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships through ongoing tax engagements and follow-ups.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and support in person or via video.
