Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax prep, expert guidance, and software support at local TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver comprehensive tax solutions, expand the client base, and build lasting relationships through community outreach and events.

Onsite roles require availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week, with opportunities for training and advancement within Intuit's ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes lawfully.
• 3+ years of federal/state 1040 returns filed using professional software.
• Will to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location and 20+ hours/week availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and events.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
