Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a TurboTax location, delivering tax preparation and expert guidance in-person and virtually. You will grow a local client base, connect clients with Intuit resources, and provide comprehensive financial guidance with a community-focused mindset.

Onsite role, 20+ hours weekly, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, with training and potential expansion into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney qualification preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
