Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation for TurboTax clients on-site at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, manage complex tax situations, and collaborate with a team of specialists.

The role emphasizes community outreach and relationship-building to grow the local client base and promote Intuit’s ecosystem. Ideal candidates hold EA/CPA credentials, maintain a PTIN, and have at least 3 years of

Qualifications

EA/CPA professional designation and legal authorization to file taxes.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising using your name/photo.
Interest in building a local and online TurboTax community presence.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and foster relationships.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
Build long-term relationships by delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
