Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and personalized advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work in a collaborative, on-site team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and grow the local client base through community outreach. Role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, client relationship building, and expanding cross‑sell opportunities within the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8am–5pm, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income and deductions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Leverage resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
