The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, client education, and a strong community presence, with flexible hours and required training. You’ll collaborate with a team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, primarily 20 hours per week, with training and uniform requirements.
