Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software; Circular 230 familiarity.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
Must complete all required training and development.
Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base with outreach and events.
Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
Build lasting relationships with clients to convert one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
