Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and guide clients through complex situations, working with a broader team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will also act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid returns (30+ federal/state 1040s) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniform.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in-person and via video tools.
