Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service, empowering clients with accurate tax results and personalized financial guidance.

Responsibilities include hands-on tax prep, client mind-share building, and leveraging Intuit resources to expand the local client base while maintaining a high standard of customer

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and related services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear guidance.
