Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work with a team of professionals to deliver end-to-end service, educate clients, and grow the local client base while connecting customers with Intuit’s ecosystem. This role emphasizes hands-on tax advisory, community engagement, and building lasting relationships with clients in-person and virtually; you will be part of a

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax local client base.
• Develop relationships to connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
