Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will work on-site, collaborate with specialists, and help grow the client base through community outreach and referrals.

The role emphasizes full-service tax preparation, client education, and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver a seamless, year-round experience for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into related services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time (Mon–Fri).
• Willing to complete all required training and comply with company requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting client relationships and drive year-round engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients to financial goals.
