Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide direct tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning. You’ll help grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person meetings and cutting-edge video tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions and future planning opportunities.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services when appropriate.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in-person and virtually.
