Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States, handling in-person and virtual client tax needs.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert guidance, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and empathy.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to grow loyalty and referrals.
