Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will handle full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to expand presence in your community.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hrs/week minimum.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships to turn one-time clients into multi-year customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional service and clear guidance.
