Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients using TurboTax products.

You will also build a local client base, connect clients with Intuit services, and deliver a best-in-class experience both in person and via video tools, while aligning with TurboTax marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal/business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services to expand offerings.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience online and in person using video tools.
