Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering in-person and virtual tax support for individuals and businesses. You will handle full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and assist with software support, while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to address complex financial needs.

Qualificações

• Requires EA/CPA/Attorney credentials and PTIN.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure year-round client satisfaction.
• Remain onsite at a TurboTax location with flexibility to assist both in-person and virtual clients.
