Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at new TurboTax locations in the United States. You will handle in-person and virtual client needs, including complex tax scenarios, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

Focus is on building local relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit experience using TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Onsite availability with a minimum 20 hours per week; typical hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex scenarios).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
