Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building a local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists.

You’ll engage with clients through in-person meetings and virtual tools, aiming to foster long-term relationships and broader Intuit service adoption, including bookkeeping and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite in a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Complete required training and comply with policies; uniforms required.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
