Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for personal and business tax needs.

You will work with a cross-functional team, serving in-person and virtual clients, and grow the local TurboTax client base with marketing support.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as mandated by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity a plus.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office, typically 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hrs/week.
• Must complete all required training and development; uniforms provided; marketing usage of name may occur.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address needs.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
