Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at dedicated locations.

You will serve clients in person and virtually, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios and collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions. You’ll engage with the local community, build relationships, and leverage TurboTax tools to grow the client base while offering year-round support and guidance across Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, min 20 hrs/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
