Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services, serving in-person and virtual clients at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, grow the local client base, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and financial planning tools.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via digital tools.
