Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and connecting customers to Broader Intuit resources. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals to ensure accurate solutions and superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and guidance.
