Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering expert tax preparation and personalized advice. You will collaborate closely with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide a seamless client experience.

You’ll grow the local client base, build trust in the community, and participate in marketing initiatives that showcase TurboTax services while supporting the full Intuit ecosystem year-round.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, with training and development opportunities.
