Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and work with a team to deliver end-to-end client experiences in person and via remote tools.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and guide clients through personal and small-business tax scenarios, equity in services, and year-round support with Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours per week.
• Upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and establish community relationships.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
