Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice in person and virtually, collaborating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through tax guidance, planning, and community engagement while working onsite

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, with standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base and build long-term relationships through community outreach.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and address inquiries in person and via video tools.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador in marketing efforts and events.
