Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep with 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete training and wear company uniforms; advertising use of name/photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan taxes.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and brand awareness.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and empathy.
