You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and expert tax advice for in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax support. This role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and a best-in-class experience with training provided and a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Ability to file simple to complex tax returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
