Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem. You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, deliver a standout customer experience, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income and deductions.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
