Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a new TurboTax location across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site, provide hands-on tax preparation, connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, and grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and collaborative service delivery.

Qualifications

• EA certification with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with tax laws and professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Guide clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, personalized guidance.
• Engage with customers in person and through Intuit tools to resolve tax challenges and questions.
