Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, prepare returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for personal and small business clients. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and use Intuit tools to connect clients with broader services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years and 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development as needed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Serve as a proactive community ambassador to grow local clients.
• Build relationships and connect clients to Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end service.
