Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will build strong local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep (30+ returns per season).
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic financial services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience onsite and virtually.
