Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client service or related environment experience.
• Military experience considered and valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution and answering questions.
• Train clients on ADP technology and products.
• Maintain client satisfaction by delivering clear, professional communication.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat and manage high-volume inbound calls during peak seasons.
