Responsibilities
- Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver, working independently or as a team to service ADP’s products and technology.
- Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed client expectations.
- Educate and provide recommendations using ADP product knowledge to help clients understand the value of our solutions.
- Organize work to manage a high volume of inbound calls, adhering to a daily schedule and maintaining productivity during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a client service, customer service, or systems integration environment.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- College degree is a plus but not required.
- Alternative qualifying experience includes military service that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a mission‑driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven call center environment with structured daily routines.
