BrightView seeks a Tree Care Service (TCS) Business Developer to guide the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal staff to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of mid-to-senior level B2B selling experience, a bachelor’s degree, and relevant TCIA/Arborist credentials. Field-based with travel to client sites, sales targets drive daily activity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience.
• Experience in service industry with commercial contract sales desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects across a large territory.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM/SFA tools advantageous.
• Proven sales goal attainment in longer selling cycles.
• Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused.
• Local market knowledge and contacts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques and build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with account managers.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, and negotiations.
• Network to increase new tree care service accounts.
• Achieve sales goals and work independently.
• Log activity in Salesforce consistently.
• Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Plan daily activities and close business.
