Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Anaheim, CA seeks a Tree Care Services Business Developer to manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, collaborating with operations, finance, marketing and proposals to meet sales targets. You will prospect, present, negotiate, and develop tree care programs for existing clients while building relationships with key decision makers and traveling to client sites.

A Bachelor's degree and TCIA or Certified Arborist certification plus 3–5 years B2B sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification.
• 3–5 years of extensive B2B sales in mid-to-senior levels.
• Service-industry experience with commercial contract sales is desirable.
• Experience managing multiple projects across a large territory.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM/SFA experience beneficial.
• Proven sales-goal attainment in long selling cycles.
• Competitive, positive and results-driven salesperson.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and self-directed with local market contacts.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, presentations, and negotiations.
• Network to increase new accounts and meet sales goals.
• Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate with internal resources.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
