BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Tree Care Service Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

The role requires proactive leadership, a strong work ethic, and comfort interacting with the public and internal teams. The position involves selling and estimating Tree Care Services in regional territories, with heavy prospecting,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification.
• 3–5 years of extensive B2B selling experience at mid-to-senior levels.
• Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with a CRM/SFA tool is beneficial.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals in longer selling cycles.
• Highly competitive, positive, results-driven salesperson.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services work in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships, marketing, and pricing.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with Account Managers and Branch Manager.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Network to increase penetration for new tree care services accounts.
• Meet sales goals and work independently.
• Log activity in Salesforce consistently.
• Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger tree care sales.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Plan daily, hit activity benchmarks, and close business.
