OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking full-time Consultant Coordinators across New Jersey to educate and assist patients into Spravato and TMS treatments. The role focuses on guiding the patient journey from the free consultation to treatment initiation, including insurance reviews and out-of-pocket estimates.

Candidates should have behavioral health, sales, CRM, and insurance experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health must-have.
• Sales experience to support patient admissions.
• Experience with insurance policies to assess coverage.
• Strong communication and empathy for patients.
• Highly organized and self-motivated team players.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatments during free consultations (in-person/zoom/phone).
• Explain insurance benefits and estimate out-of-pocket costs.
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication from consultation to treatment start.
• Complete documentation and update the CRM with statuses.
• Troubleshoot obstacles that delay treatment initiation.
• Collect documents for insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with clinicians to place patients into treatment across centers.
• Coordinate with statewide coordinators to place patients efficiently.
