OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in New Jersey seeks full-time Consultant Coordinators to educate and assist patients into Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). You will manage the patient journey from the free consultation to the first treatment session, explaining treatment options and reviewing insurance benefits to estimate out-of-pocket costs.

Experience in behavioral health, sales, CRM usage, and understanding insurance policies will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health and sales.
• Experience with CRM systems and insurance policies.
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience educating patients and guiding them through treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate the patient on our treatment options during a free consultation (in-person, Zoom, or phone).
• Explain insurance benefits and calculate out-of-pocket responsibilities.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with prospective patients between consultation and treatment start.
• Complete required documentation and update patient status in the system.
• Troubleshoot obstacles and coordinate with clinicians to place patients into treatment across state centers.
