Job summary
OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in New Jersey is seeking full-time Consultant Coordinators to educate and assist patients into treatment for Spravato and TMS. The roles will cover advising on treatment options and reviewing insurance benefits with patients.
Responsibilities include guiding the patient journey from consultation to first treatment session, documenting activities in the CRM, and coordinating with clinicians across state centers to place patients into treatment efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health
- Experience in sales
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience with insurance policies
- Strong communication, empathy and organization
Responsibilities
- Educate patients on treatment options during free consultations.
- Explain insurance benefits and determine out-of-pocket costs.
- Maintain clear communication from consultation to treatment start.
- Complete documentation and update status in company system.
- Troubleshoot obstacles preventing patients from entering treatment.
- Coordinate with clinicians to place patients into treatment across centers.
