OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in New Jersey is seeking on-site Consultant Coordinators to educate patients about Spravato and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and guide them into treatment after a free consultation.

You will review insurance benefits, calculate out-of-pocket costs, and coordinate with clinicians across the state. The role requires behavioral health and sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong empathy and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health and sales.
• Experience working with computers, software, and CRM systems.
• Experience with insurance policies and benefits.
• Strong communication and empathy towards patients, plus high organization.
• CRM proficiency and ability to navigate multiple centers across the state.

Responsibilities

• Educate the patient on treatment options during a free consultation (in-person, Zoom, or phone).
• Explain insurance benefits and calculate patient out-of-pocket responsibility.
• Maintain clear, timely communication from consultation to first treatment session.
• Complete required documentation and update status in the system.
• Troubleshoot obstacles to starting treatment and gather insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with clinicians to place patients into Spravato or TMS treatment across NJ.
• Coordinate with other coordinators statewide to maximize efficiency.
