Job summary

OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking full-time Consultant Coordinators across New Jersey to educate and assist patients into Spravato and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment. You will guide patients from a free consultation to their first treatment session, working in-person or via Zoom/phone.

Ideal candidates have experience in behavioral health, sales, CRM systems, and insurance policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health and sales.
• Experience working with computers, software, and CRM systems.
• Experience with insurance policies and benefits.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate the patient on our treatment(s) and how it would be beneficial to them via a free consultation (in-person, Zoom, or phone).
• Explain insurance benefits, calculate out-of-pocket costs, and guide patients to access treatment.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with prospective patients from consultation to treatment start.
• Complete documentation and upload required records into the system.
• Troubleshoot obstacles and coordinate with clinicians to place patients into treatment statewide.
