OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking full-time Consultant Coordinators across New Jersey to help educate and guide patients into treatment for Spravato and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). The role emphasizes behavioral health experience, CRM proficiency, and effective insurance benefit review.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in sales.
• Experience with insurance policies.
• Ability to communicate, stay self-motivated, express empathy, and be highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Educate the patient on our treatment(s) and how it would be beneficial to them via a free consultation that may either be in-person, on zoom, or via telephone.
• Explain the patient’s insurance benefits to them, calculate their out of pocket responsibility, and work with them to get them comfortable spending the amount to better themselves.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with prospective patients between consultation and treatment start.
• Complete all documentation and update the system with status changes; upload necessary documents.
• Troubleshoot obstacles that may interfere with a patient getting into treatment.
• Collect documentation required for submission insurances authorizations.
• Collaborate with clinicians to place patients into treatment at the center(s) and across the state.
• Work with other coordinators statewide to place patients into treatment efficiently.
