Job summary
OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in New Jersey is seeking full-time Consultant Coordinators to educate and assist patients into Spravato and TMS treatments across the state. The role focuses on guiding the patient from a free consultation to their first treatment session and managing the patient journey with clinicians.
The ideal candidate will have behavioral health sales or admissions experience, familiarity with CRMs, and the ability to explain insurance benefits and out-of-pocket
Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health
- Sales experience
- Experience with computers, software and CRMs
- Experience with insurance policies
- Ability to communicate, stay motivated, show empathy and stay organized
Responsibilities
- Educate the patient on treatments during a free consultation
- Explain insurance benefits and calculate out-of-pocket costs
- Maintain clear communication from consultation to treatment start
- Complete documentation and status updates in the system
- Troubleshoot obstacles preventing treatment
- Collect documentation for insurance submissions
- Collaborate with clinicians to place patients into treatment at centers
- Coordinate with statewide coordinators to expedite treatment
