OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC in New Jersey seeks full-time Consultant Coordinators to educate and assist patients into Spravato and TMS treatment across the state. Roles involve guiding patients from free consultation to their first session, reviewing insurance benefits, and coordinating with clinicians to place patients into treatment.

Applicants should have behavioral health, sales, CRM experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in sales.
• Experience working with computers, software, and CRM.
• Experience with insurance policies.
• The ability to communicate, stay self-motivated, express empathy towards our patients, and to be highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Educate the patient on our treatment(s) and how it would be beneficial to them via a free consultation that may either be in-person, on zoom, or via telephone.
• Explain the patient’s insurance benefits to them, calculate there out of pocket responsibility, and work with them to get them comfortable spending the amount in order to better themselves.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with prospective patients between when the consultation takes place and when the patient starts treatment.
• Completes all documentation required, applies timely status updates into system used by the business, and uploads all necessary documentation.
• Troubleshoot any obstacles that may interfere with a patient getting into treatment.
• Collect documentation required for submission insurances authorizations.
• Work with a team of clinicians to put people into treatment at both the center(s) you work at, and others across the state.
• Work as a team with other coordinators throughout the state to put patients into treatment as efficiently as possible.
