OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking full-time Consultant Coordinators to support patients across New Jersey, educating them about Spravato and TMS, reviewing insurance benefits, and guiding patients toward treatment. Roles include in-person or remote consultations, patient enrollment, and coordination with clinicians across the state.

The position is on-site in New Jersey with flexible hours to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in sales.
• Experience working with computers, software, and CRMs.
• Experience with insurance policies.
• Ability to communicate, stay self-motivated, show empathy, and stay highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Educate the patient on our treatments and how they could help them via the free consultation (in-person, Zoom, or phone).
• Explain the patient’s insurance benefits and calculate out-of-pocket responsibility.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with prospective patients from consultation to treatment start.
• Complete all required documentation and upload necessary documentation in the system.
• Troubleshoot obstacles that may hinder patients from starting treatment.
• Collect documentation for insurance authorizations submissions.
• Collaborate with clinicians to place patients into treatment at centers and state-wide.
• Coordinate with other coordinators across the state to place patients into treatment efficiently.
