OASIS Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in New Jersey seeks full-time Consultant Coordinators to educate and assist patients into treatment for Spravato and TMS. You will manage the patient journey from the free consultation to the first treatment session, performing consultations and guiding patients to begin treatment.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health, sales, patient admissions, and using a CRM.
• Primary responsibility is to manage the patient journey from consultation to first treatment session.
• Consultants educate patients on Spravato and TMS and review insurance benefits to estimate out-of-pocket costs.

Responsibilities

• Educate the patient on treatments via free consultations (in-person, Zoom, or phone).
• Explain insurance benefits, calculate out-of-pocket costs, and help patients commit to treatment.
• Maintain clear, timely communication between consultation and treatment start.
• Complete required documentation, update status in the system, and upload docs.
• Troubleshoot obstacles to entering treatment and collect necessary submission documents for insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with clinicians statewide to place patients into treatment and coordinate among centers.
