Job summary

Ripple Treasury is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to bridge cutting-edge technology with real-world treasury goals for global clients. You’ll tailor configurations, advise on industry best practices, and lead workshops to ensure efficient, revenue-driving outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to shape the product roadmap while translating complex concepts into CFO-friendly language.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations.
• Experience in ERP or SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to CFOs.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
• Solution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals
• Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
• Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision
• Enablement & Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap
